1. What is the processing time for orders?

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery typically takes 7 to 14 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

3. Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on select promotions or for orders above a specified amount. Be sure to check our website for current offers and shipping promotions.

4. Can I change or cancel my order?

Once your order has been processed, changes or cancellations are not possible. If you need assistance before shipment, please contact us immediately at support@amygle.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

5. What is your return policy?

6. How do I initiate a return or exchange?

To initiate a return or exchange, simply email us at support@amygle.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll provide you with return instructions and assist you throughout the process.

7. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method, and the time it takes to reflect in your account depends on your card issuer’s policies.

8. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If your wallet arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@amygle.com with photos of the damage. We will assist you by either issuing a replacement or processing a return.

9. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally or to P.O. Box addresses.

10. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track the status of your order directly through the carrier’s website.
